Nori is completely aware that he is handsome and uses it to his advantage to bend people to his will. History: 
Nori grew up poor, being raised in a lower income area made him shameful and embarrassed throughout his childhood. He never blamed his mother though, she was one of the few people that he was genuine with since the very beginning; she was a single mother raising four boys, it wasn't easy. He had to take odd jobs in order to help keep up with the needs of his family; this included housecleaning, garbage pickup, and conning people out of their money. This is where he learned to be so clever. As he grew older, he realized that things weren't changing; they were still poor. Nori decided to put his foot down and find a job that would allow him to support his mother and brothers, leading him to become a police officer in ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) City. He now sends money back to his family.
